Browse open opportunities and filter by programme (GV, GTa, GTe), city and duration. Save the ones you like.
Step 2 — Create your aiesec.org profile
Applications run through the global aiesec.org platform. Fill in your background, motivation and availability honestly — local committees read every application.
Step 3 — Interviews
Expect one interview with your home committee and one with the hosting project. Ask about accommodation, working hours, costs and expectations.
Step 4 — Acceptance and preparation
Once accepted you will receive an invitation letter (useful for visas), a preparation seminar and a buddy contact in Türkiye.
Step 5 — Arrival
Your hosting LC meets you, shows you around and introduces the project. From here the experience is yours.
Tips that matter
- Apply to 3-5 projects, not just one.
- Learn 20 basic Turkish phrases — it changes everything.
- Bring cash for the first week; set up local payment later.
