Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to understand product specifications and offer suitable solutions to customers. Conducting market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Creating marketing materials and campaigns to promote products via digital platforms, trade shows, and industry events. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools. Providing after-sales support and coordinating with the service department when needed.
