About this project
Engineering — This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and uninterrupted execution of daily production operations and achieving production targets in line with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. The position focuses on monitoring production performance, optimizing equipment and workforce utilization, taking prompt action on production-related issues, and working closely with maintenance and quality teams. Participants who successfully complete this process in Türkiye may be considered for full-time employment opportunities at Norm Fasteners Morocco (Tangier) plant.
